I do believe in evolution, but not that it all started by chance:

Problems #1, in believing evolution as the mode to which life began:

Evolution assumes upward progression occured to form life. That overtime, some form of non-living ooze gave way to chance and increased in its complexity to form life.  Evolution assumes that from chaos greater complexity and organization formed-all by chance. So it assumes this:
chance+ time= increased complexity

Problem:  Laws of physics state that "the greater the timespan, the greater the chaos and disorganization."

2nd law of thermodynamics states that all things in the universe go FROM a state of organization and complexity downward, constantly degenerating

So evolution says:
chance+ time= increased complexity

And science says:
chance+time=chaos, disorganization,  and eventual decreased complexity

How then can something that requires increased complexity come together from chaos, disorganization, all the while  it is decreasing  in complexity?

Whew! It would take  lots of faith to believe in evolution being the mode from which all life formed.
